How It Works

ComplianceAutomator turns a purchase and short intake into generated documents, a shared readiness workspace, and a clearer execution path. The goal is not to replace your auditor, consultant, or judgment. The goal is to help your team stop guessing, assign ownership, organize evidence, and prepare for external review with more structure.

1) Purchase

Customers choose a documentation kit based on the framework, customer security review, or audit-readiness need they are trying to support.

2) Intake (Tailored orders)

Tailored orders capture company context such as industry, hosting, data types, regions, maturity, and relevant framework details so the baseline reflects your environment.

3) Generate the baseline

The automation pipeline generates PDF and editable DOCX documents plus toolkit files where included, so the output can be reviewed, revised, and used as a real starting point instead of a static download.

4) Deliver and organize

Files are stored securely and delivered by email with a download page that works on desktop and mobile devices, and the portal gives your team a place to track tasks, evidence, notes, and ownership.

5) Assign and prepare

Owners and managers can assign work, contributors can update their items, and auditors can review progress and leave notes while the team prepares for external review.

What you receive and what happens next

  • • Compliance document(s) aligned to your selected framework or use case
  • • PDF and editable DOCX versions of generated documents
  • • Operational toolkit files (roadmaps, risk registers, evidence checklists)
  • • A customer portal for role-based task, evidence, and note workflows
  • • Guidance on what evidence to collect manually or through your existing tools
  • • Clear guidance on how to review, customize, assign owners, and maintain the materials
  • • A more credible starting point for consultants, auditors, buyers, or internal stakeholders

The workspace layer

The platform is not just a delivery mechanism for documents. The customer portal gives teams a place to manage the follow-through that usually breaks once the files arrive.

Evidence tracking

Keep evidence records, context, and collaboration notes organized instead of spreading them across email and shared drives.

Task management

Assign readiness work, track status, and keep owners accountable for the items that move review prep forward.

Role-based access

Separate owner, manager, contributor, viewer, and auditor access so each person sees the right part of the process.

Readiness visibility

Use dashboard progress and current-focus views to see what is complete, what is overdue, and what still blocks review.

Where it fits best

ComplianceAutomator is built for teams that need more than a document pack but are not ready for the cost and complexity of a full enterprise GRC platform.
